Takhmou Branches
The Takhmou Area is what the missionaries call the Zion
branches. This branches are along the Mekong River. It has 3 branches; many of the members in
this area are very active and serve the Lord with all their heart and
mind. Sister Chheoun who served in the Everett mission and many
more that came to serve in Temple square are from this Branch. Today sister Chheoun is here in Provo
University sponsor by the Elderly couple who served in Cambodia after she
returned from her mission. Even today the missionaries from this branch
have been picked by the Lord to come here to serve in Temple Square. So the youths there call Takhmou Branch as
Zion Branch meaning they have served the Lord with all their heart that why
they always call to come to serve in the Temple SquareJ
